After you provide the requested information with your email request, you should be contacted via email within a few days regarding this reservation. All reservations are confirmed and then placed on our web calendar. If you are not on the web calendar, you do not have a reservation.

Please include the dates, time, and duration of your request. If you do not have a current program at the PIRC, please include the name and contact information for your coach, along with your contact information. Rowing programs must have current membership in USRA. If you are not a rowing program, please include that information in your usage request.

The Pittsford Indoor Rowing Center is open by appointment 7 days a week.
